• Boreholes: 3no window sampler boreholes (3-5m deep)
• In-situ testing: shear strength and/or dynamic probe strength testing (as appropriate)
• Soakage test: 1no preliminary falling head soakage test
• Laboratory testing: 6no geotechnical classification tests (plasticity index, sulphate, etc.)
• Reporting: Interpretive geotechnical report with desk study, foundation options, design parameters for shallow footings, CBR values, soakage potential and excavation stability.

• In-situ testing: shear strength and/or dynamic probe strength testing (as appropriate)
